Shipping Policy
At Elite Pallet Liquidators, we move pallets, full truckloads, mystery boxes, and overstock merchandise to buyers across the United States and around the world. Because liquidation freight is heavy, palletized, and often oversized, our shipping process is built specifically for bulk wholesale loads rather than small parcel orders. This page explains how we process, ship, track, and protect your order from our dock to your door.
Order Processing Times
Once your payment clears, our warehouse team begins preparing your order for dispatch. Most pallet and mystery box orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Full truckloads and multi-pallet orders may require additional handling time so we can stage, wrap, and stack the freight safely – shipping policy.
- Pallets and mystery boxes: typically processed in 2 to 3 business days.
- Full truckloads and bulk orders: processing time confirmed at checkout or by our team, as these often ship directly from a fulfillment or distribution center.
- Processing times exclude weekends and US public holidays.
If your order is time-sensitive, contact us before purchasing at info@elitepalletliquidators.com, by phone at +1 (XXX) XXX-XXXX, or via WhatsApp at +1 (XXX) XXX-XXXX so we can confirm the fastest available option.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location, the size of the load, and the freight carrier handling the shipment. As a general guide, transit takes 5 to 10 business days after dispatch for domestic US deliveries. International shipments and remote destinations may take longer due to customs clearance and connecting freight legs – shipping policy.
Estimated delivery windows begin once your order leaves our facility, not on the date the order is placed. Freight schedules can shift due to weather, carrier capacity, and customs processing, so we treat all timeframes as estimates rather than guarantees.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges for liquidation freight are calculated based on the number of pallets, total weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. Whenever possible, costs are displayed at checkout. For large or international orders, our team may provide a custom freight quote so you receive the most accurate and competitive rate – shipping policy.
- Pallet count, weight, and cubic dimensions all affect the final freight cost.
- Residential delivery, liftgate service, and inside delivery may incur additional carrier fees.
- International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Worldwide Freight Shipping
We ship liquidation pallets and truckloads worldwide. Large orders are transported by LTL (less-than-truckload) or full-truckload freight carriers rather than standard parcel services. For these shipments, a member of our team will contact you to coordinate the delivery details before the freight departs – shipping policy.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please confirm in advance whether your location requires:
- Liftgate service if you do not have a loading dock or forklift on site.
- Appointment delivery for businesses or facilities with restricted receiving hours.
- Residential or limited-access delivery, which carriers handle differently than commercial freight.
For international buyers, please ensure you are able to receive freight, clear customs, and provide any documentation required by your country before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number or a freight confirmation, including the carrier name and any reference details needed to monitor your shipment. For LTL and truckload freight, you may also receive a delivery appointment or PRO number directly from the carrier. If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time after your processing window, reach out and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf – shipping policy.
Receiving and Inspecting Your Shipment
Liquidation freight should always be inspected at the time of delivery. Before signing the delivery receipt or bill of lading, we strongly recommend that you:
- Count the pallets or units against the shipping documents.
- Inspect the shrink wrap, pallets, and boxes for visible damage, crushing, or signs of tampering.
- Take clear photos of any damage before unwrapping or moving the freight.
- Note any visible damage or shortage directly on the delivery receipt before signing.
Signing a clean delivery receipt confirms that the freight arrived in acceptable condition, so documenting issues at the point of delivery is essential to protecting your purchase – shipping policy.
Damaged or Lost in Transit
While we pack and secure every load with care, freight can occasionally be damaged or go missing during transit. If your shipment arrives damaged, or if any pallets or units are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@elitepalletliquidators.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage and packaging – shipping policy.
We will work with you and the freight carrier to file a claim and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging and damaged items until your claim is reviewed, as carriers may require an inspection – shipping policy.
