Our Products consist of liquidation, overstock, shelf-pull, and customer-return inventory sourced from major retailers and distributors. This is a fundamental part of how liquidation works, and by ordering you acknowledge and accept the following:
- Merchandise is generally sold “as-is” and “where-is,” in mixed conditions that may include new, like-new, open-box, shelf-pulls, customer returns, refurbished, salvage, or damaged items, depending on the lot, grade, or category purchased.
- Manifests, where provided, are estimates compiled from source data and are intended as a general guide. Quantities, brands, models, retail values, and item conditions may vary from any manifest, photo, or product description.
- Mystery boxes and unmanifested pallets are sold without a guaranteed item list. Their appeal lies in the element of surprise, and assortments will differ between orders.
- Stated retail values reflect estimated original retail pricing and are not a guarantee of resale value, working condition, or completeness.
- Items may be missing original packaging, accessories, manuals, or components, and electronics (such as phones, tablets, laptops, TVs, and gaming consoles) may require testing, repair, or reconditioning before resale – terms & conditions.
3. Use of the Website and Account Responsibilities

5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable taxes, duties, freight, and shipping charges. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, particularly for larger truckload or wholesale orders. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods we approve. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. 6. Shipping, Freight, and Delivery
We ship pallets and truckloads domestically and worldwide. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Freight and oversized shipments may require a commercial address, loading dock, forklift, or liftgate service, and the buyer is responsible for arranging suitable delivery and unloading unless otherwise agreed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting shipments upon arrival and noting any visible freight damage with the carrier at the time of delivery. 7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the as-is nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales are generally final and non-refundable unless stated otherwise for a specific listing. Variation in condition, assortment, or manifest accuracy within normal liquidation tolerances does not qualify for return. Eligibility, procedures, and any exceptions are described in our Return Policy. 8. Resale, Compliance, and Buyer Obligations
